New Neighbors
Over the weekend a couple stopped by to look at the house next door. They were peeking in the windows but said they were coming back on Monday to see the inside with their realtor. I’m still wondering how much the realtor will tell them but also wondering how long it will take for the house to sell?
Our realtor said it could take anywhere from months to a few years. He said that since the bank owns it they could take as long as they want to get back to you simply because they can. How frustrating. I have no interest in buying a foreclosed house anymore. I never realized it was that hard to buy the house.
I hope we get neighbors soon. I hope they have at least one child and are interested in their neighbors, our neighborhood is friendly but I want it to be more friendly. I don’t see other adults out too often but there are kids playing out quite a bit. Mine just play with the next door neighbors as it is easy to watch them in the backyard.
I hope whoever buys the house doesn’t buy it at market value either. There is no way it should go for that much considering all the work it needs. I’m still amazed that they are asking that much.
