We have been with the same bank for over seven years now. Despite a few things here or there, I’m happy and we have four current accounts with them which includes the two we use the most and a couple of savings accounts. I do most of my banking online – paying bills, transferring money, checking my balance, matching up transactions. I love online banking! I think it is safe and I don’t worry about my information being stolen at all. I’ve even helped my Mom set up her online banking and she quickly fell in love. She was one that did all of her bill paying by sitting down with a stack of mail and a checkbook!

It took her switching to online banking to get a handle on all of her bills, automation is a good thing. I don’t think she ever has had any unfair bank charges that didn’t get resolved in a good way and doing it online gives her an easy way to keep track of things.

We also have another bank we use just for anything to do with our other house. I know that is the best way to do it and we have four accounts with that bank as well. We don’t use them all that often, but when we need to access the money, it’s easy to do.
