Searching For A Cell Phone
For the past few years my husband and I have been lucky to be a part of my Mom’s cell phone plan. She has a family plan which makes it very inexpensive to add phones on. We have had to personally replace our cell phone two different times – either because they were lost of broken. Right now only my husband has a cell phone as I’ve been trying to find one. I admit I looked up service with Cingular when the iPhone was announced, but since everyone in my family and most of my friends have Verizon, it is much cheaper to stick with them.
I’ve been on the lookout for a cell phone for a while now and keep coming across Wirefly. They are the number one seller of cell phones and cell phone plans right now! They also offer free shipping which is a nice plus.
They have a feature on the site that allows you to compare your current plan to other plans and see which is the best for you. I tried it but I don’t think it is right because of sharing the plan with my Mom (and there being four total phones on her service). There are many ways to look for a cell phone deal on the site. I like that I can browse phones based on wireless carrier – there are so many versions of the same phone out there, it just makes it easier then having to remember the brand name.
I’d really like a cell phone with internet access – mainly so I could access my calendar while I was out and about. That would make it so handy for scheduling appointments. I’ve had to call people (or businesses) back and reschedule just a few too many times.
The website offers many phones for free with a service plan so check them out if you are looking to upgrade or simply change carriers.
