Check out this online lease agreeement form. Once you fill out the landloard, tenant and home information you can preview what the lease will look like. You will have to purchase a license – one time fee of $17.50 for two weeks of access to the site and lease agreement – to use the agreement.

This is a great service for those who are renting their home themselves (as we are). The lease agreement we are using was written by a friend who is a realtor but having a service like Law Depot available is a smart move.
